GCPTALKS, Inc.

Global Liaison Convey Program — Phased International Initiative

Overview

The GCPTALKS Global Liaison Convoy is a worldwide movement of talented artists, influencers, and humanitarian representatives who use their gifts to bring hope, awareness, and relief to communities in need. Through music, dance, acting, modeling, poetry, and creative expression, Global Liaisons serve as ambassadors of change for GCPTALKS.org.

This program operates in eight structured phases, each designed to strengthen community impact, expand global partnerships, and prepare representatives for national and international missions.

PHASE 1 — Global Liaison Convey: Hope for Change

GCPTALKS, Inc. introduces the Global Liaison Convey as a beacon of hope for individuals and nations seeking transformation. Representatives serve as voices for the unheard, the unseen, and those suffering behind the walls of shame, poverty, illness, and social neglect.

PHASE 2 — Influencer Recruitment (Artists & Creatives)

GCPTALKS recruits talented individuals from around the world, including:

  • Singers

  • Dancers

  • Models

  • Actors

  • Musicians

  • Poets

  • Social media influencers

These individuals become Global Liaison Convey Influencers, using their platforms to raise awareness and inspire global unity.

PHASE 3 — Concert & Initiative Participation

Global Liaison Representatives join GCPTALKS concerts, charity events, and awareness campaigns.

At this phase:

  • Representatives receive an official invitation letter

  • They may be invited to the United States for a 4–6 month, six‑state humanitarian tour

  • Their mission includes supporting food pantries, community programs, and GCPTALKS outreach projects across America

This phase strengthens their humanitarian credentials and prepares them for higher‑level assignments.

PHASE 4 — U.S. State Initiatives

Representatives work on GCPTALKS initiatives across multiple U.S. states, focusing on:

  • Food insecurity

  • Student support programs

  • Community uplift

  • Awareness campaigns

  • Local partnerships

This phase deepens their understanding of American community needs.

PHASE 5 — Global Network Concerts for Poor Nations

Global Liaison Officers coordinate and participate in:

  • International charity concerts

  • Awareness tours

  • Relief‑focused events

These concerts support poor nations seeking aid, amplifying GCPTALKS’ global humanitarian mission.

PHASE 6 — Strengthening U.S. Status & Foreign Awareness Preparation

Representatives may continue working on:

  • Six to ten additional U.S. state initiatives

  • Expanded community projects

  • Federal-aligned humanitarian assignments

This phase prepares GCPTALKS to introduce a foreign awareness bill, expanding the organization’s global legislative and humanitarian footprint.

PHASE 7 — Global Disease & Crisis Missions

Global Liaison Representatives collaborate with:

  • TikTok influencers

  • International artists

  • Health advocates

They support missions addressing:

  • Cancer

  • AIDS

  • Chronic illnesses

  • Global awareness issues

All work is conducted in accordance with federal GCPTALKS.org standards.

PHASE 8 — Global Voting & Artist Recognition

The global community votes to crown the following:
