BYLAWS ARTICLE—INTERIOR SECRETARY OF PORTFOLIO, PROGRAM & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, AND EXECUTIVE BRAND AMBASSADOR OPERATIONS

Section 1. Authority of the Founder & President


  1. The Founder and President holds all positions by law, the bylaws, and the constitution and shall manage, supervise, and direct all operational portfolios, offices, and departments.

  2. All officers, directors, ambassadors, and cabinet personnel operate under the supreme oversight of the founder and president.

  3. Any failure to complete or respect the portfolio process constitutes a violation of policy and a breach of fiduciary duty.


Section 2. Office of the Interior Secretary of Portfolio

  1. The Interior Secretary of Portfolio is the certified principal officer responsible for administering the organizational portfolio in accordance with:

    • The Constitution

    • The Bylaws

    • The Founder and President’s directives

  2. The Interior Secretary has legal authority to:

    • Establish internal procedures for portfolio creation, review, and delivery

    • Structure the portfolio for the operational chamber and the Board of Directors

    • Ensure compliance with all organizational mandates

  3. Oversight of the interior secretary is held exclusively by the founder and president.


Section 3. Fiduciary Portfolio Procedure

  1. The fiduciary portfolio shall be prepared by the Interior Secretary and the Program Director, following all constitutional and bylaw requirements.

  2. The portfolio must be delivered through a ceremonial and friendly process, in the following mandatory sequence:

    1. Interior Secretary → Special Vice President

    2. Special Vice President → General Portfolio Agent of the Chamber

    3. General Portfolio Agent → Special Vice President

    4. Special Vice President → Chief of the Board

    5. Chief of the Board → General Portfolio Agent (final keeper for chamber work)

  3. Before reaching the Board of Directors and the Board of Ambassadors, the portfolio must be reviewed by:

    • The Cabinet

    • Cabinet Session Staff

  4. The Founder and President shall administer the entire oversight structure and may intervene at any stage.

Section 4. Program Director — Portfolio & Operational Duties

  1. The Program Director shall be certified and trained to deliver the fiduciary portfolio and to support the Interior Secretary in all procedural matters.

  2. The program director ensures that all materials, evidence, and documentation required for program development are prepared and submitted.

  3. The Program Director collaborates with:

    • The Project Director

    • The Executive Office Manager

    • The Executive Brand Ambassador Office

    • The Operational Vice President

    • The Executive Assistant

  4. The program director participates in all cabinet and chamber reviews related to portfolio preparation.


Section 5. Project Director — Development, Research & Creative Assets


  1. The project director is responsible for all project development, including:

    • Events

    • GCPTV

    • Radio

    • Reality TV

    • Acting programs

    • Workshops and departmental initiatives

  2. The Project Director shall:

    • Communicate with the Program Director regarding materials and evidence needed for project development

    • Share research with workshops, departments, and creative teams

    • Preserve artworks for the Arts & Culture Secretary and Director

    • Protect assets for the Archive Department prior to display

  3. The Project Director’s workspace is designated as the Project Development Factory.

  4. The Executive Office Manager shall advocate for funds and hold permanent management rights to support this department.


Section 6. Executive Brand Ambassador Office

  1. The Executive Brand Ambassador Office works in partnership with:

    • Program Director

    • Project Director

    • Executive Office Manager

    • Executive Assistant

    • Operational Vice President

    • Executive Director

  2. The Executive Office Ambassadors are the supervisors of the Executive Brand Ambassadors and operate under the leadership of the Board of Ambassadors.

  3. The executive brand ambassador shall manage the following:

    • Movies

    • Talented artists

    • Rehearsals

    • Reality TV

    • Shows and performances

    • Influencers and creative talent under the guidance of the Communication Vice President.

  4. Responsibilities may be expanded or reassigned through future updates and articles.

  5. All information and operational details must be reported to:

    • The Founder and President

    • The Administration Secretary


Section 7. Executive Office Manager — Workspace Factory

  1. The Executive Office Manager oversees the Workspace Factory, where all materials for development programs are reviewed.

  2. Miscellaneous tasks, administrative reviews, and development assessments are processed through this workspace.

  3. The Executive Office Manager collaborates with all departments to ensure readiness for portfolio submission and program execution.


Section 8. General Organizational Procedures & Policy

  1. All officers must respect the portfolio process as a mandatory organizational policy.

  2. The Interior Secretary and Program Director must ensure that all procedures are followed without omission.

  3. The Founder and President retains final authority over:

    • Portfolio structure

    • Policy enforcement

    • Administrative outreach

    • Executive cabinet operations

  4. All departments must maintain readiness to support the fiduciary portfolio and organizational development.
