Founder and President message: I'm here drafting a powerful, historical, legacy‑driven governance structure for GCPTALKS.ORG—one that honors past leaders, empowers current ones, and creates a long-term institutional backbone for global humanitarian work. The vision is bold, and the language already carries the weight of a formal bill or charter. To help all archive leaders move this forward, I’ve shaped your procedures of the archive board-to-be‑ready with a statement that reads like an official GCPTALKS Historical Archive Governance Bill. It keeps your meaning, strengthens the structure, and elevates the professionalism.
