I. Overview of Fundraising Leadership Structure

GCPTALKS, Inc. operates with three certified fundraising directors, each responsible for a distinct area of development:

  1. General Fundraising Director

  2. Marketing Fundraising Director

  3. Natural Disaster & Wellness Fundraising Director

These three offices work collaboratively to ensure that all fundraising programs, events, and donor initiatives are properly documented, registered, approved, and executed in alignment with the organization’s bylaws, constitution, and policies.

II. General Fundraising Director — Core Responsibilities

The General Fundraising Director serves as the primary overseer of all fundraising activities across the organization. Responsibilities include:

1. Registration & Documentation

  • Preparing and filing all documents related to the registration of fundraising programs and events.

  • Ensuring each fundraiser includes:

    • A clear purpose

    • A defined deadline

    • A description of who benefits

    • The initiative or program the funds support

2. Approval Protocol

Before any fundraising event is approved, the general fundraising director must submit documentation to:

  • Founder & President

  • Board of Directors

  • Board of Ambassadors

  • Treasurer & Deputy Treasurer

The Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer must sign the document to authorize fund collection and management.

3. Oversight of Other Fundraising Directors

  • Reviewing and collecting all filings from:

    • The Marketing Fundraising Director

    • The Natural Disaster & Wellness Fundraising Director

  • Submitting these filings to the Deputy Treasurer’s Office

  • Maintaining a complete record of all fundraising activities across all departments

4. Financial Tracking

  • Keeping track of all funds raised by the other two fundraising directors

  • Ensuring all directors maintain accurate files

  • Submitting copies to:

    • Treasurer

    • Founder & President

    • Board of Directors

    • Board of Ambassadors

    • Standard Secretary

    • Field Director

    • GCPTALKS Audit Office

III. Marketing Fundraising Director — Core Responsibilities

The marketing fundraising director is responsible for raising funds that support the organization’s media, branding, and promotional operations.

1. Media & Program Support

Funds raised support:

  • GCPTV

  • GCP‑Radio

  • Reality TV programming

  • Brand ambassador programs

  • Workshops and arts & culture activities

  • Nonprofit library and facility development

  • Brochure and promotional material creation

2. Staff & Community Benefit Programs

Funds also support:

  • Employee insurance benefits

  • Pension and retirement programs

  • Paid time off, sick time, and personal time

  • Holiday and company events

  • Facility hospitality

  • Podcast stations

  • Emergency care packages for low‑income families

  • Dental coverage for part‑time and full‑time staff

3. Advertising & Branding

The marketing director raises funds for the following:

  • Billboard advertising

  • TV and radio promotions

  • Nonprofit estate and legacy materials

  • LLC agreements

1. Emergency & Humanitarian Support

Funds support:

  • Hurricane, earthquake, flood, and fire victims

2. Health & Wellness Support

Funds also support individuals affected by:

  • Disabilities

  • Diseases
