These Donor Giving Terms of Use govern all charitable contributions made to GCPTALKS, Inc., a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 83‑3626977). By donating through GCPTALKS.org or any affiliated platform, donors acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Charitable Status and Tax-Deductibility

• All contributions to GCPTALKS, Inc. are tax‑deductible to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.

• Donors will receive an official tax‑deductible acknowledgment letter for each contribution.

• GCPTALKS provides no goods or services in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.

5. Recurring Giving and Membership Contributions

For donors participating in monthly membership tiers ($5.99 / $8.99):

• Contributions are processed automatically each month.

• Donors may cancel or modify their membership at any time.

• Membership contributions are treated as charitable donations unless otherwise specified.

Because donations are charitable gifts:

• All contributions are non‑refundable once processed.

• Errors in donation amounts may be corrected upon written request within 7 business days.
