ASFC exists to scout, develop, manage, and promote talented artists who wish to use their gifts for charitable causes, humanitarian initiatives, and arts & culture development under GCPTALKS, Inc.


1.2 Agency Purpose

ASFC functions as:

  • A talent development agency

  • A charitable arts & culture program

  • A reality TV A20 multipurpose initiative

  • A national and global platform for artists who want to serve humanity

The agency recruits artists to participate in charitable concerts, events, shows, media productions, and GCPTALKS initiatives.


SECTION 2 — Talent Scouting Terms & Conditions

2.1 Policy Overview

This article sets forth the terms, conditions, and operational policies for scouting talented artists for:

  • Live performances

  • Online media content

  • Charitable concerts

  • Reality TV and film

  • Community events

  • Arts & culture programs


2.2 Eligible Talents

ASFC scouts and develops:

  • Singers

  • Songwriters

  • Actors & actresses

  • Dancers

  • Models

  • Poets & spoken word artists

  • Musicians & instrumentalists

  • Visual artists (drawing, painting, design)

  • Any additional talents discovered by the participant

Artists may join from New York, Texas, and all U.S. states, as well as internationally.


SECTION 3 — National Talent Scouting & Rehearsal Sessions

3.1 All‑State Talent Scouting

GCPTALKS.org will conduct the following:

  • Rehearsals

  • Auditions

  • Talent showcases

  • Event sessions

beginning in New York, then expanding to Texas and other states.


3.2 Judging Panel Structure

A five‑judge panel, one alternate judge, and one overseer judge will conduct evaluations.

3.3 Judge Responsibilities

Judge #1:

  • Stage appearance

  • Stage presence

  • Career potential

Judge #2:

  • Experience

  • Additional talents

  • Performance versatility

Judge #3:

  • Ethical values

  • Personal character

  • Free‑time activities

Judge #4:

  • Age of talent discovery

  • Views on charity

  • Willingness to give back to society

Overseer Judge: May ask:

  1. What contributions have you made to society and why

  2. Do you have songs, books, or creative works published

  3. Can you work with GCPTALKS.org on programs and projects

  4. Present your biography, images, and portfolio


SECTION 4 — Required Materials for Talent Sessions

4.1 Participant Folder Requirement

All participants must bring a folder containing:

  • A biography

  • Photos

  • Resume (if available)

  • Any creative portfolio materials

  • Videos of acting, singing, dancing, or instrument performance

Folders become the property of GCPTALKS, Inc. for long‑term review.


4.2 Remote Submissions

Artists from distant states may submit:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Biographies

via email to gcp@gcptalks.org.


SECTION 5 — Agency Operations & Management

5.1 Oversight Officers

The following GCPTALKS officers manage ASFC:

  • Arts & Culture Secretary

  • Arts & Culture Director

  • Program Director

  • Brand Ambassador (branding & personal management)

  • Communications Vice President (top oversight officer)


5.2 Program Functions

ASFC will:

  • Scout talent

  • Develop artists

  • Prepare performers for charitable events

  • Conduct rehearsals and workshops

  • Produce reality TV and film content

  • Support GCPTALKS initiatives through artistic performance


SECTION 6 — Talent Roles & Opportunities

6.1 Singers

Perform:

  • Conscious lyrics

  • R&B

  • Smooth jazz

  • Conscious reggae

  • Hip‑hop

  • Other genres


6.2 Actors & Actresses

Participate in:

  • Plays

  • Films

  • Reality TV charitable daytime series

  • GCPTALKS media productions


6.3 Models

Model:

  • GCPTALKS wardrobes

  • Gift shop merchandise

  • Fashion shows

  • Event showcases


6.4 Compensation

Artists will be compensated when performing or working under GCPTALKS programs.


SECTION 7 — Participant Commitment

Artists must:

  • Be serious about their time

  • Commit to rehearsals

  • Participate in charitable events

  • Uphold GCPTALKS values

  • Represent the organization with professionalism


SECTION 8 — Mission of America’s Stars for Causes

ASFC exists to:

  • Use talent for humanitarian impact

Artists who join become Charitable Talented Artist Initiative Stars for GCPTALKS.
