About the Role
Section 4. Special Vice President
The Special Vice President (SVP):
Holds the founder's and President’s chairs in the Board of Directors Chamber when the Founder is absent
Works full‑time in this capacity
Directs the chamber to follow bylaws and constitutional policy
Delegates staff to fulfill obligations
Reviews the work of the Nonprofit Ambassador General Secretary
Briefs the Founder and President in coordination with the senior vice president.
This office carries significant authority and responsibility.
